CUSTOM STOLES OR EMBROIDERED STOLES

Custom orders are reviewed within 48 hours to correct any design flaws and then sent to manufacturing for production. Depending on the intricacy and number of stoles, custom orders may take up to 4 weeks to be produced and shipped. 

CATALOGUE STOLES - PROCESSING TIME

Stoles ordered from our catalogue are  processed within 24-48 hours. Once an order is confirmed and processed, the order is packaged and shipped.

CATALOGUE STOLES - SHIPPING TIME

We ship all stoles using DHL express OR USPS. Stoles usually arrive within 4 business days but may take up to 7 business days (unless stated otherwise). These shipping times are based on shipper's company policy and past history. Please note that holidays may affect the shipping time.
