PROCESSING TIME CUSTOM STOLES

All orders are processed with 24-48 hours. Once an order is placed and processed, the order is sent to our office in Accra, Ghana for creation. Custom orders may take up to 3 weeks to be created.

SHIPPING TIME CUSTOM STOLES

We ship all stoles from Ghana using DHL express, which takes between 2-5 business days or more (unless stated otherwise). 

Once order is shipped you will receive a tracking number via email to track your order. All orders may be subject to duties.

SPECIAL SHIPPING REQUEST 

We understand that sometimes advance ordering doesn't always happen. If you are not sure if your stole will arrive on time, please check with us before purchasing, we will be sure to respond immediately. 

STANDARD SHIPPING 

We ship all predesigned stoles using DHL Express or USPS, once order is placed, stoles shipments will be confirmed within 24-48 hours and you will receive a tracking number shortly thereafter. Once shipped, shipping takes up to five business days.
